Q: WHO IS YOUR IDEAL WEDDING CLIENT?
A: I prefer those unique and intimate weddings. Ones that involve a couple being down to adventure with me. Clients who don’t just want someone to document there day but an artist with a vision. I appreciate when clients pay attention to the small details and when they want me to be part of the planning/timeline. I love when couples take the time to share their love story with me. When they aren’t afraid to show each other affection in front of my camera. Couples who aren’t worried about acting a fool with me. Combine all of those things and THAT is how we get the best images. Once you reach out to me HERE expect to fill out a quick questionnaire about your big day and your love story. Once that happens wedding packages will be on the way to you. You down? Here’s a good EXAMPLE.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR WEDDING RATES?
A: A full day wedding experience with me starts at $6,500. If you want me for a whole freakin’ weekend…or WEEK or heck for the honeymoon adventure too, let’s talk! Yep. Honeymoon packages are a thing. This can include all of the things: the actual wedding day, couples boudoir, lifestyle session, headshots, rehearsal dinner, trash the dress and maybe all of us parachuting out a plane. Possibilities are endless I tell ya.
Q: DO YOU OFFER MENTORING SESSIONS?
A: Absolutely! Book an hour sit down/coffee session with Steph. In that hour you can ask anything and everything under the sun, share stories over coffee, get advice and have your portrait taken: $350 (DFW area only unless you catch me on a trip). To book a 1 hour Skype date it’s $150. I book 4 for mentoring sessions per month. Don’t be shy. Say hi: BOOK HERE.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING & HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I BOOK?
A: A deposit of half of the total amount & a signed contract are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. I only book 20 weddings/events per year. Typically 1.5 years in advance.
Q: DO I GET A THUMBDRIVE OF IMAGES?
A: Heck yes you do and a pretty package!
Q: DO YOU TRAVEL?
A: YES! More than I stay in one place actually. I am always on the go for weddings/events. The Philippines, Virgin Islands, Mexico, London, Hawaii, Ireland, New York and CA to name a few. I require airfare, lodging and transportation.
Q: AFTER THE WEDDING HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR WEDDING IMAGES/PACKAGE?
A: 6 – 8 weeks for images to be delivered.
Q: WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT TO THE IMAGES?
A: Steph Grant Photography does and retains the right to use the images, without compensation or notification to the client, to promote her business and the other wedding vendors involved in your day. She may display them in or outside our offices or the offices of partnering vendors, post them on this site, Facebook, Twitter, on a blog, in a magazine, book, app or social network.
Q: BUT WHAT IF I DON’T WANT YOU TO USE MY IMAGES?
A: Featuring images from your wedding is how I get new business. Heck, it’s probably how you found me:) I am very proud of my work and also like to get published & give back.
Q: CAN I PLEASE GIVE APPROVAL FOR YOU TO USE IMAGES OR HAVE THE IMAGES KEPT PRIVATE?
A: Definitely, but there will be a charge for limiting the use of the images. Let me know your concerns and we’ll work out the details in the contract.
Q: WHAT ARE THE CLIENTS USE OF THE IMAGES?
A: The client will receive a flashdrive of high-resolution, non-watermarked, edited, color corrected, digital files (not the RAW images) and web quality images for personal use only.
